About the role
The Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) will build trusted relationships with Accenture, Microsoft, and utility‑sector clients, driving sales, revenue and delivery excellence for Microsoft‑focused solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary Microsoft advisor for C‑suite clients, managing strategic accounts and delivering a relationship‑management plan.
- Lead the development and execution of a Microsoft strategy, championing AI and innovation within the broader Accenture account plan.
- Configure and oversee complex, tailored Microsoft solutions, manage bid responses, pricing, and contract terms.
- Identify and grow Microsoft footprint across accounts, creating renewal strategies and ensuring long‑term client engagement.
Required profile
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or customer‑management experience with a proven record of strategic client growth.
- 7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex Microsoft solutions.
- 5+ years experience in the utilities industry or related verticals, able to articulate Microsoft differentiation.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Microsoft AI services).
- Microsoft certifications (foundational or higher level) strongly preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering cloud‑based, AI‑enabled solutions.
