Microbiologist – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Microbiologist to join our AI training team. You will work remotely to help develop and refine AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions, ensuring the models deliver accurate and reliable information.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with challenging biology queries and assess their responses.
- Measure model performance, evaluate logical consistency, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on problem‑solving to enhance the overall quality of each AI model.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD in microbiology or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be based in Australia and able to work independently as a contractor.
