Meter Reader – Busselton

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, fit individual to join Service Stream Group as a Meter Reader in the Busselton area. You will walk assigned neighbourhoods, record utility meter readings and upload the data using a handheld device. No prior experience is required – full training, uniform and PPE are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Read and record utility meters on allocated routes accurately and safely.
• Upload/download route information to/from a handheld device and communicate with the office support team.
• Meet daily reading targets while adhering to Service Stream safety standards.
• Represent Service Stream and its clients professionally in the community.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members as needed.

Required profile

• Current valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and mobile phone.
• Ability to walk, bend and squat for extended periods and work in all weather conditions.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 15‑20 hours per week, with up to 45 minutes travel each way.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
