Membership & Ticketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are seeking a Membership & Ticketing Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of our membership and ticketing programmes. Reporting to the Head of Consumer, you will ensure every member and fan interaction reflects the club’s pride, professionalism and passion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and fulfil the annual membership programme, from on‑sale to delivery.
• Oversee all ticketing operations, including home‑game allocations and seasonal product fulfilment.
• Maintain exceptional customer service across every member touchpoint.
• Develop, document and continuously improve operational processes.
• Produce accurate performance reports and insights for senior leadership.
• Build and nurture relationships with ticketing providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support membership sales and retention initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the Membership & Ticketing team.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proven experience managing operational programmes and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and team‑leadership abilities.
• Experience in membership, loyalty, subscription or ticketing environments is preferred.
