Member Experience Team Leader - Private Luxury Wellness Club

About the role

A client of Acquire Intelligence, a leader in premium service, runs a private luxury wellness club whose high-end members expect white-glove care at every contact. As Member Retention Team Leader, you lead two Member Retention Specialists, work directly with the client's Head of Retention and spend regular time on site at the clubs, where club leaders will rely on you.

Key responsibilities

• Lead two Member Retention Specialists and coach them to deliver excellence for every member
• Make calls yourself and provide the insights and reporting valued by the club
• Work regularly on site at the clubs, acting as the face of the program
• Report accurately and keep sensitive member and health information confidential

Required profile

• At least three years in luxury hospitality, wellness or a private members club, including at least one year leading or supervising a team (e.g. supervisor, duty manager, assistant manager)
• Luxury hospitality instinct for how top-tier members want to be treated
• Right to work in Australia and consent to background and reference checks

Required skills

• Coaching skill and the ability to give direct, constructive feedback
• Presentation and composure on the phone and in person
• Polished written communication and accurate reporting

• Full-time position of 38 hours a week, with shifts from 11:00am to 7:00pm
