Medical Receptionist – Victor Harbor

About the role

Join Jones Radiology as the first point of contact for patients across our Victor Harbor clinics. You will create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the smooth operation of our imaging services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front‑desk reception duties.
• Handle appointment bookings, patient registration and administration.
• Provide shift coverage at Victor Harbour Hospital, Victor Radiology Centre and Goolwa clinics.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Support overall clinic workflow and assist colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Available to work a rotating roster (8:00 am‑5:15 pm, Mon‑Fri) and travel between multiple sites.
• Friendly, professional and passionate about patient care.
• Experience in reception or customer service, preferably in a medical setting.
• Strong communicator, able to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, adaptable and a team player.
• Confident using computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a plus.
• Committed to confidentiality and able to remain composed under pressure.
