Mechanical Engineers (2 Positions)

About the role

Korvest Ltd, an ASX-listed company operating Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut, is growing its engineering department and is seeking two Mechanical Engineers to join its Kilburn, South Australia head office. The engineers support sales and manufacturing, designing engineered products and contributing to major infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new engineered product solutions
• Carry out engineering assessments for cold and fire-rated support systems
• Provide engineering support for large-scale cable ladder installations, including tunnels and major infrastructure projects
• Investigate and resolve mechanical issues in design and product implementation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and product design
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors and external engineering consultants

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, industrial, design or product engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and engineering analysis
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing and project teams
• Hands-on background preferred

Required skills

• CAD software such as SolidWorks
• Experience on engineering projects
• Exposure to automation systems or manufacturing processes

• Base pay of $88,000-$98,000 per annum for 2-year experienced engineers, $108,000-$119,000 for 4+ year experienced engineers
