Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) SME – SAP

About the role

The Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Subject Matter Expert will provide functional expertise for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation, supporting end‑to‑end process and system design.

Key responsibilities

• Document and validate current‑state processes, business requirements and pain points.
• Support future‑state solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops, review and validate proposed process/system changes.
• Contribute to testing activities, defect triage and outcome validation.
• Assist change and readiness activities, including process documentation and training inputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in process improvement, project or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.

Required skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Experience with SAP/ERP or large‑scale system implementations.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
