Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation

About the role

A growing electrical and security business serving residential and commercial clients across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist focused on lead generation. The role manages the full funnel from ad to conversion, suits people who enjoy testing, optimising and scaling campaigns based on performance, and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
• Create and test high-converting offers
• Build or coordinate landing pages that convert
• Track and analyse campaign performance, and continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and funnels
• Scale successful campaigns and improve underperforming ones, driving both lead volume and lead quality
• Create social media content and manage platforms
• Support graphic design and video editing

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Proven experience in lead generation, not just brand awareness
• Ability to think commercially and understand what drives conversions
• Experience creating or guiding offers, funnels and landing pages

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Conversion tracking
• Desirable: strong copywriting, funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels, CRM and lead tracking, and experience with service-based businesses

What we offer

• Salary of $110,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience
