Manager, Securitisation Trade Services (7‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Securitisation Middle Office team at ANZ is looking for a Manager to support the migration of Suncorp’s securitisation facilities into ANZ’s operating model. This 7‑month fixed‑term position will be based in Sydney (or Brisbane) and focuses on maintaining business continuity while delivering integration milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support for integration and change initiatives related to Suncorp securitisation facilities.
• Manage day‑to‑day customer support for the existing securitisation portfolio during the transition.
• Oversee initial funding and issuance activities, including the establishment of warehouse and term transactions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing and business readiness activities.
• Coordinate project deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and action items to ensure successful programme execution.
• Assist with change transition planning, operational readiness assessments and post‑migration implementation.
• Liaise with external clients to obtain data, perform verification checks and review portfolio eligibility.
• Review internal and external reports to facilitate funding and payments for warehouses.

Required profile

• Experience in securitisation trade services or middle‑office operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse debt facilities, capital‑markets issuance and secured funding programmes.
• Proven ability to manage integration projects and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for portfolio reporting and eligibility verification.
