Manager, Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end strategies and high‑impact project launches across our development portfolio in Perth. The role combines strategic sales planning, brand‑focused marketing, and team leadership in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for each project, set targets, forecast revenue and report to senior leadership.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM data integrity, negotiate with agents, buyers and consultants.
• Plan and deliver project launches, including events, EOI campaigns and VIP previews, while controlling budgets and timelines.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral, digital assets and manage SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns and property portal listings.
• Lead, mentor and performance‑manage a small sales and marketing team, fostering a client‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Property Management.
• 7‑10 years total experience, with at least 4 years in property sales/marketing and 2 years in off‑the‑plan development.
• Proven track record of delivering project launches and meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Perth residential market and an established network of buyers, agents and investor channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Experience running digital campaigns: SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
• Familiarity with property platforms such as REA Group and Domain.
