About the role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this senior leadership position drives enterprise‑wide people and culture strategies to boost organisational performance, capability and cultural maturity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement people and culture strategies across the organisation.
- Ensure initiatives enhance performance, capability and cultural maturity.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience in HR or people and culture functions.
- Ability to work closely with the Head of People and Culture and senior stakeholders.
