Manager GRC - Cyber Security

About the role

CyberCX, part of Accenture, provides the most comprehensive range of cyber security professional services in the region. The Manager GRC brings a strong understanding of the main cyber security domains and applies it to Governance, Risk and Compliance, leading security teams on complex cross-practice or work package projects. The role covers the full client engagement life cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to delivery and closure, and supports ongoing client relationship management and new opportunities across CyberCX service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to help them identify and manage security risks
• Lead a team delivering security projects and work packages in the GRC domain and in cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports on security issues, with recommendations and solutions
• Lead, mentor and build high-performing teams, guiding each member's development
• Contribute to customer relationships through direct support and work with Customer Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing teams
• Collaborate across CyberCX and facilitate communication and partnerships between teams

Required profile

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on cyber GRC and ICT projects, preferably across several industry domains
• Diplomatic, tactful and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organised approach

Required skills

• Deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Ability to deliver complex projects independently and respond to setbacks in an agile way
