Manager, Customer Deployments

About the role

Axon is seeking a Manager, Customer Deployments to lead a team that delivers successful implementations of Axon Enterprise products, including software solutions and hardware sensors. The role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences throughout the onboarding, configuration, training, and early adoption phases.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and develop a Service Delivery Team of 7, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Lead complex, enterprise‑grade product deployments, overseeing change management, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define project vision, scope, timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to ensure successful installation, configuration, and testing of interview rooms, in‑car video systems, activation devices, and body‑worn cameras.
• Document customer feature requests and issues, providing feedback to sales and product management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Operating experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
• Strong project management and resource tracking skills.
• Comfort with basic networking concepts and mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Australia, occasional international travel.
