Management Trainee – Perth

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme in Perth, Scotland. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership with the aim of becoming a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Manage fleet logistics, plan strategically and drive operational performance.
• Mentor, train and develop team members, with opportunities to lead and promote staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.

Required skills

• Valid UK manual driving licence.
