Management & Technology Consultant – 2+ Years Experience

About the role

Visagio Australia is looking for experienced consultants to join its full-time team. Candidates will select one of three streams – Management & Business, Data, Simulation & AI, or Software Development – and work on real client challenges, delivering end-to-end transformation using technology and management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client data and generate insights to support strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement advanced analytics models, including machine learning, generative AI, simulation and optimisation.
• Develop, test, document and maintain software applications that meet client requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive business solutions that combine strategic overview with pragmatic execution.
• Communicate findings and data-driven stories to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting or technology delivery.
• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with varied audiences.
• Fact-based problem-solving approach and high adaptability.
