Maison Host – Full‑Time Luxury Guest Ambassador

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Maison Host to be the welcoming heart of its newly transformed Sydney flagship. As the first point of contact, you will create memorable, personalized experiences for every visitor, supporting the brand’s heritage of exceptional luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide all visitors, managing client flow and waiting experiences with poise.
• Provide hospitality services, including refreshments and upkeep of service areas.
• Offer boutique and Patrimony tours, sharing the Maison’s history and product knowledge.
• Support internal communication to optimise client flow and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain Maison standards for presentation, grooming, and uniform, and participate in daily briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within luxury retail, hospitality or reception.
• Ability to connect with an international, multicultural clientele in a high‑traffic environment.
• Impeccable presentation, strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, anticipatory approach to client needs and seamless journey management.
• Eagerness to learn, share knowledge and work collaboratively within a team.
