Maintenance Technician Instructor – MQ-28 Ghost Bat

About the role

Boeing Defense Australia is seeking a Maintenance Technician Instructor to join the MQ-28 Ghost Bat team at RAAF Base Amberley. You will design, develop and deliver maintenance training while also supporting the aircraft capability as a hands‑on technician.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver maintenance technician courseware for customers.
• Conduct theory and practical lessons using computer‑aided, instructor‑led and virtual methods.
• Prepare, conduct and debrief training sessions and assessments.
• Support qualification maintenance, test and development activities.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for capability changes and deployment support.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• B Class MAML holder.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician instructor.
• Australian citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Articulate authoring tool.
