Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across multiple sites in New South Wales. The role is with a global leader in industrial minerals, serving sectors such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• People leadership – directly manage a team of eight maintenance staff.
• Develop, plan and implement site projects and associated expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Direct daily, routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance tasks.
• Maintain plant optimisation and oversee spare‑parts inventory.
• Implement and maintain the computerised maintenance management system.

Required profile

• Proven maintenance management experience in industrial manufacturing or chemical environments.
• Track record of improving plant performance and controlling maintenance costs.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and project‑completion experience.
• Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
