Maintenance Electrician

About the role
Arnott's is looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join the team at our Marleston manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Electrical Coordinator, you will ensure the reliability of high‑volume food manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on machinery and conveyors.
- Record all maintenance activities and corrective actions in the CMMS.
- Troubleshoot and repair high‑speed manufacturing equipment in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Work 12‑hour shift rosters (day or night) on a 7‑shifts‑per‑fortnight schedule.
Required profile
- Recognised electrical trade qualification and a valid A‑class electrical licence.
- Commitment to occupational health and safety practices.
- Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting in high‑volume production, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and team‑oriented attitude.
