About the role
We are building a pool of Mainstream Education Assistants to support our students at Warnbro Primary School. The role involves assisting teachers in delivering planned educational programs and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of curriculum activities for individual students or small groups.
- Prepare and maintain learning resources and classroom environments.
- Assist with student health, well‑being and safety under teacher direction.
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure inclusive practices.
Required profile
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship (or permanent residency).
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently when required.
- Commitment to the school’s values of safety, teamwork, respect, integrity, vision and excellence.
