M&A Consultant

About the role

Join a leading Corporate Finance Advisory team and build your M&A expertise while advising a diverse portfolio of clients—from founders selling their life’s work to executive teams pursuing strategic acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute deals for international and national corporations, emerging companies, private businesses and private equity firms across multiple sectors.
• Prepare deal documentation such as strategy papers, information memoranda, management presentations, and valuation analyses.
• Develop valuation support materials, including financial modelling, DCF analysis, comparable company and precedent transaction assessments.
• Manage due‑diligence processes, overseeing data rooms and Q&A coordination.
• Lead end‑to‑end transaction management, liaising with vendors, bidders, boards and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and proposal development to support practice growth.

Required profile

• Passion for corporate finance and M&A.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting or related fields.
