Logistics Team Leader

About the role

Carma is looking for a Logistics Team Leader to own the movement of our vehicle inventory from acquisition to customer delivery. You will be the central point for end‑to‑end logistics, ensuring timely and efficient flow across our growing automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full logistics process, from inbound vehicle acquisition to last‑mile delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and third‑party logistics partners.
• Develop scalable logistics processes to support expansion into new regions and higher volumes.
• Analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with production and other cross‑functional teams to align inventory availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Highly adaptable, able to work autonomously with strong personal accountability.
• Current NSW driver’s licence.
