About the role

Join a global pharmaceutical business as a Logistics Specialist, focusing on Thai and English communication to support APAC logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage import/export activities across APAC countries.
• Collaborate with customs, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Resolve logistical issues or delays efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics performance and cost reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support logistics strategy implementation.

Required profile

• Thai and English proficiency.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the life‑science industry.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in inventory management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
