Logistics Project Coordinator – Perth

About the role

Blue Water Shipping is seeking an experienced Logistics Project Coordinator to join its Perth office in Jandakot. Reporting to the State Manager – WA/NT, you will work with a skilled team to manage project logistics and ensure seamless execution of shipments across road, air, sea and other modes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle logistics for projects and regular shipments, including quoting, organising, billing and door‑to‑door execution.
• Implement efficient work processes on allocated projects and focus on client deliverables.
• Analyse schedule, quality and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support operations for assigned projects and assess supplier/sub‑contractor performance.
• Follow ISO, OHSAS and company health & safety directives.
• Contribute to reducing the company’s environmental impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of international logistics experience.
• Import/Export experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (CEFR Level 5), spoken and written.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Criminal History clearance.
• Legal right to live and work in Australia.
