About the role
The Logistics Operations Specialist supports efficient warehouse and supply‑chain activities across multiple locations. You will manage inventory, handle materials, and ensure timely distribution while complying with safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store and issue goods, maintaining accurate SAP inventory records.
- Prepare, package, palletise and dispatch consignments, including AMC freight, and complete required documentation.
- Conduct site deliveries, assist with stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and support procurement, disposal and inventory planning.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence and Australian or US citizenship.
- Certificate IV in Logistics and Warehousing (or higher) and at least 12 months logistics/warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift items up to 25 kg and work in outdoor or remote environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Forklift licence and White Card.
- Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping abilities.
