Logistics Operation Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Operations Specialist supports efficient warehouse and supply‑chain activities across multiple locations, ensuring accurate inventory management, material handling, and timely distribution of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store and issue goods while maintaining accurate SAP inventory records.
• Prepare, package, palletise and dispatch consignments, including AMC freight, and complete all required documentation.
• Conduct site deliveries, assist with stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and support procurement, disposal and inventory planning.
• Provide timely customer service to internal stakeholders and uphold safety, compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and Australian or US citizenship.
• Certificate IV in Logistics and Warehousing (or equivalent) and at least 12 months logistics/warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 kg and work in outdoor or remote environments.
• Security clearance (NV‑1/SECRET or SSBI) or ability to obtain higher clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Experience operating material‑handling equipment, including forklift.
• Strong attention to detail for record‑keeping and inventory analysis.
