About the role
The Logistics Administrator provides essential administrative support to operational and logistics teams within a fast‑paced mining environment. You will ensure equipment compliance, manage documentation, and maintain system records accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to logistics and operations staff.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and electronic filing systems.
- Monitor equipment compliance dates and arrange required inspections.
- Coordinate third‑party compliance inspections and certifications.
- Support auditing and compliance activities.
- Liaise with internal compliance teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with system‑related administration tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities are performed safely and meet company and client requirements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, compliance or a support role.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on safety.
- Current Class C driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
