Logistics Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support the delivery of the Smoky Creek and Solar Power Station project in Central Queensland. Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, you will coordinate the movement of plant, equipment and materials to ensure efficient construction delivery for this large‑scale renewable energy development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of plant, materials and equipment to site in line with program requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery dockets and materials tracking systems.
• Support inventory control, stock availability and materials management processes.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), HSE and project procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or materials coordination within construction or renewable‑energy projects.
• Strong attention to detail for record‑keeping and inventory tracking.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) standards and project procedures.
