Loader Operator

About the role

WorkPac is recruiting an experienced Loader Operator for a well-established client in the Gosnells area of Perth. The client provides essential services and infrastructure across Australia and offers a professional, safety-focused environment. The position is casual, pays $37.89 to $56.00 per hour plus penalties, and covers both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently to support daily production and material handling.
• Load and move materials and feed the asphalt plant.
• Maintain stockpiles and assist with general yard operations as required.
• Complete pre-start inspections and operate equipment in line with site procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Work closely with the plant and dispatch teams to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Loader Operator ticket and relevant experience.
• Able to communicate clearly with the plant team, dispatch and drivers, including via radio.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
