Litigation Lawyer/Associate (2-4 PAE) – CBD Office

About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer/Associate to join our fast‑growing firm in the CBD. You will manage your own matters with autonomy, while receiving real support when needed and leading a team of junior lawyers and paralegals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file briefs, gather and present evidence, and conduct directions hearings.
• Lead case strategy and manage day‑to‑day file administration.
• Supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, delegating tasks and ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex litigation matters.

Required profile

• Proven litigation experience, including briefing and hearing preparation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to develop expertise in strata, construction, environmental planning or bankruptcy law (training provided for the right candidate).
