Light Vehicle Mechanic

About the role

A client based in Stratton, Perth, is looking for a full-time Light Vehicle Mechanic. The team prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction across all makes and models of vehicles, and supports its skilled technicians with the right tools and a positive, learning-focused environment. The position starts in January 2025.

Key responsibilities

• Work on various makes and models, delivering high-quality service
• Conduct diagnostics and perform detailed repairs
• Assist and train apprentices, sharing knowledge and expertise
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience after completing an automotive technician apprenticeship
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology
• Valid manual driver's licence
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration
