Level 2 IT Support Engineer – Hybrid (Melbourne)

About the role

The client is a growing Australian Managed Service Provider seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their Melbourne team. The role combines remote support with onsite client visits, delivering high‑quality technical assistance in a fast‑paced MSP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote and onsite technical support to managed service clients.
• Resolve technical issues across Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange and networking equipment while meeting SLA targets.
• Perform problem management, root‑cause analysis and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a help desk/service desk or IT support role.
• Previous experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) – essential.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer service skills.
• Professional, positive and approachable personality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
