Lending Manager – Mobile Lending (Expressions of Interest)

About the role

The Lending Manager role within ANZ Mobile Lending provides personalised lending services to customers, helping them achieve home‑ownership or investment property goals. Working directly with an ANZ Mobile Lending franchise, you will operate in a mobile, customer‑focused environment, visiting clients at their convenience.

Key responsibilities

• Attract new customers and build long‑term relationships to support their borrowing needs.
• Deliver personalised home‑lending advice and solutions, meeting customers anytime, anywhere.
• Collaborate with the franchisee for mentorship, guidance and business development.
• Leverage the dedicated Mobile Lending team for ongoing professional development and support.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ lending policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to putting customers first.
• Ability to establish and grow a referral network.
• Financially savvy with keen attention to detail.
• Adaptable, able to multi‑task in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home lending, retail banking or a role with transferable skills.
