About the role
We are looking for a Legal Support Officer to provide end‑to‑end administrative and operational assistance to our Legal function, supporting franchising and corporate activities across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate and manage franchise agreements, disclosures, licences and related documentation, including DocuSign workflows.
- Maintain organised, auditable filing systems, document registers and version control for legal templates.
- Provide administrative support such as correspondence, agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Act as the primary contact for legal documentation requests, building relationships with Property, Franchising and Operations teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems, workflows and document management processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a legal support, paralegal or legal administration role.
- Proven experience preparing commercial or franchising legal documentation.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems.
