About the role

We are seeking an ambitious commercial lawyer to join our fast‑growing company as Legal Counsel. Working directly with an experienced General Counsel, you will support a broad range of legal matters in a dynamic, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
Provide corporate advisory and transactional support, including governance matters.
Advise on regulatory, privacy and compliance issues.
Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

3–6 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
Background in a major law firm, with possible in‑house or secondment exposure.
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
Eagerness to learn and develop within an expanding legal team.
