Legal Counsel

About the role

ResourceCo is seeking an in‑house Legal Counsel to join its Adelaide team. Reporting to a senior counsel, you will work closely with senior executives across a variety of commercial and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on major projects, contracts, corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
• Support regulatory compliance, dispute management, environmental and work health & safety issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop commercial understanding of legal advice.
• Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to ongoing projects.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a reputable commercial law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Dynamic, flexible, engaged and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
