About the role
The School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at Adelaide University seeks a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to lead teaching and research in Aerospace Engineering. You will develop capability across dynamics, modelling, computation, numerical and experimental aerodynamics, and clean energy technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in aerospace engineering.
- Conduct high‑impact interdisciplinary research in dynamics, modelling, computation, aerodynamics and clean energy.
- Develop and manage collaborative research programmes with industry, government and scientific partners.
- Mentor and supervise honours, masters and PhD students.
- Contribute to academic leadership, curriculum development and departmental service.
Required profile
- Established researcher with a strong publication and grant record in aerospace engineering.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and student engagement.
- Ability to work in a highly interdisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
