About the role

The School of Business, Law, Humanities and Pathways is seeking an emerging academic to join its Management teaching team. This full‑time role focuses on delivering high‑quality, student‑centred learning and developing a research profile within a vibrant, future‑focused community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate Management courses with a focus on student engagement.
• Conduct research aimed at publication in high‑quality journals and secure research funding.
• Supervise Higher Degree by Research candidates and support honours students.
• Contribute to business accreditation processes, including AHRI and AACSB.
• Participate in service, outreach, and collaborative projects that enhance the School’s culture and external partnerships.
