Lecturer in Audiology

About the role

The University of Queensland's School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking an experienced Lecturer in Audiology to join its Audiology teaching team on the St Lucia campus. The position is full-time and continuing at Academic Level B, and is offered as either a Teaching & Research or Teaching Focussed appointment, depending on the candidate's skills, experience and preference. The role involves coordinating and teaching across key postgraduate courses such as AUDL7121 (Clinical Audiology II) and AUDL7211 (Clinical Audiology III).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and teach across postgraduate clinical audiology courses.
• Build an academic profile through teaching, research, service and engagement.
• Contribute to course leadership, curriculum development and educational innovation.

Required profile

• Expertise in the delivery of rehabilitative audiology services.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the appointment; employer-sponsored work rights are not available.
• Relevant qualifications and Audiology Australia membership (or eligibility).

• Base salary ranging from $119,462 to $141,545 plus 17% superannuation.
