Lecturer Electrical (TAFE SA)

About the role

TAFE SA is recruiting lecturers for electrical teaching across several full-time and fixed-term positions at its TAFE SA campuses in South Australia. The advertised salary range is $100,758 to $104,720 per year plus superannuation. Applicants are assessed against a merit list and may be considered for current vacancies and similar ones arising within TAFE SA for up to 12 months after selection.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted Electrical Licence and Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
• Minimum five years of recent industry experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110/40116/40122), or willingness to obtain it; TAFE SA will fund the qualification if needed.
• Valid Working with Children Check issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services.

Required skills

• Strong practical and technical expertise across electrical systems and contemporary industry practices.
• Experience in areas such as major industrial projects, commercial installations, mining operations or domestic electrical systems.
