Learning & Organisational Development Consultant – Pacific

About the role

Join a high‑performing, globally‑connected L&OD team supporting the Pacific region. You will work closely with the L&OD Manager to design, facilitate and coordinate leadership and soft‑skill development programmes, while helping to evolve the online learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and co‑facilitate workshops for emerging leaders to middle managers across the RI Academy.
• Coordinate programme logistics, communications, follow‑ups and post‑session support.
• Support performance reviews, cultural surveys, succession planning and related projects.
• Provide guidance and recommendations for the U+ online learning platform.
• Identify process improvements, leverage AI where appropriate, and make actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across global time zones and engage senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage high‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong, engaging facilitation skills for leadership development sessions.
• Adaptability to tailor content to diverse organisational contexts.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
• Experience working across cultures and time zones.
