Learning & Development Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to drive employee learning, capability and growth across Ayers Rock Resort. Working closely with leaders, the People & Culture team and external providers, you will design, deliver and manage training initiatives that support a diverse, fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities throughout the resort.
• Deliver the resort’s orientation programme and facilitate a variety of training sessions.
• Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and build workforce capability.
• Manage training schedules, communications and learning administration.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate training records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
• Support the continuous improvement of learning content, resources and programmes.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee capability and engagement.

Required profile

• Confident facilitator comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
• Experience in training, coaching or people development within hospitality, tourism or a service environment.
• Proactive, approachable and adaptable mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• LMS (Learning Management System) experience.
