Learning Coordinator – Fulfilment Center

About the role

The Learning Coordinator will join Amazon's Australian fulfilment centre team to design, deliver and assess training programs for new and existing warehouse associates. Reporting to the Learning Manager, you will work closely with the Ambassador team to ensure high‑quality, safety‑focused learning experiences across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate a variety of training modules for both new hires and experienced warehouse staff.
• Maintain training rosters, perform data entry and keep learning records up to date.
• Lead and support Ambassadors in coaching associates and delivering on‑the‑job training.
• Monitor training effectiveness, conduct audits and implement refresher or one‑point‑change sessions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and take corrective action when needed.
• Spend at least 5 hours per week on the warehouse floor to stay proficient in pick, pack and other processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent physical tasks such as squatting, bending and reaching.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
