About the role
Roll’d is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for store teams, managers, and franchise partners. You will ensure every team member is equipped to provide consistent, high‑quality customer experiences across all locations while shaping culture and building scalable learning systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for team members, supervisors, and store leaders.
- Develop onboarding and induction programs that set new starters up for success.
- Build leadership development pathways to support internal career progression.
- Partner with operations to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Create engaging learning content for in‑store, digital, and blended formats.
- Support franchise partners with consistent training standards and tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Embed Roll’d culture, service standards, and operational excellence across all stores.
Required profile
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or People Development roles.
- Background in QSR, retail, hospitality, or multi‑site operations is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of frontline operations and customer service environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about developing people and building strong workplace culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
