Lead Talent Partner

About the role

Mirrastone is seeking a Lead Talent Partner to own recruitment across its portfolio of residential building brands. You will work directly with leaders from operational, technical and senior management to design and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, operational, technical and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Conduct proactive sourcing, executive search, market mapping and salary benchmarking.
• Coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Leverage recruitment technology and automation where they add genuine value.
• Continuously improve outcomes by focusing on practical, results‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter handling a variety of role types.
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Ability to adapt approach to each vacancy and stakeholder.
• Strong business acumen and service‑mindset.
