Lead Plumbing Estimator

About the role

Level Plumbing Lithgow, part of the Level Group network of locally owned plumbing businesses across Australia, is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator. The role leads the preparation of accurate, timely and competitive quotes and tenders across commercial, industrial, government and residential projects, working closely with management and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full estimating process from enquiry to submission
• Review drawings, specifications and scopes to produce accurate costings
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare professional and competitive tender submissions
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery

Required profile

• Proven experience in plumbing or construction estimating, with a minimum of 3-5 years
• Australian work rights
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management
• Clear, professional communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tenders at once and work well in a supportive team
• Trade qualifications in plumbing or construction project management are highly regarded
