About the role

Play a leading role in bespoke residential design, working closely with clients and a collaborative in‑house team. This newly created position offers genuine scope to shape the design function.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead client consultations and translate briefs into custom residential designs.
  • Develop concepts considering site orientation, buildability, and budget.
  • Produce 3D designs and documentation for construction.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and broader project teams throughout the design and delivery process.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of architectural or building design experience, preferably in custom residential.
  • Strong client focus with ability to balance design outcomes and budgets.
  • Team‑first attitude and willingness to share ideas.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with Enscape (advantageous).
  • Good technical knowledge of residential construction and site constraints.
