Lawyer/Associate – Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Construction or Transactional Advisory

About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers is seeking a motivated Lawyer/Associate to join its growing national practice. The successful candidate will handle an independent caseload in litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory, reporting to senior partners within the Queensland strata team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of matters independently while receiving guidance from partners.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation in litigation, dispute resolution, construction, or transactional matters.
• Collaborate with the Queensland strata team to support its rapid expansion.
• Maintain strict deadlines and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• 1+ years post‑admission experience in litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management abilities and a proactive, initiative‑taking attitude.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
