About the role

Join a fast‑growing commercial landscape and civil contractor in Sydney as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member. You will be responsible for preserving the quality and appearance of completed soft‑scape projects, ensuring client satisfaction through reliable horticultural care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement post‑completion maintenance programs for gardens and soft‑landscaping.
• Perform all horticultural tasks within the contracted scope, including planting, mulching, and material replacement.
• Apply herbicides and pesticides safely and effectively.
• Conduct small‑ and large‑scale turf mowing and watering operations.
• Install, maintain, and manage both temporary and permanent irrigation systems.
• Lead the maintenance crew to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate deliveries and purchase orders with the office team.
• Carry out risk assessments and adhere to all safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork and report progress, time, and costs to the Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in soft‑scape maintenance within a landscaping company.
• Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence and WorkCover white card.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Australian citizenship preferred.
